To ensure that you receive your order, please use one of our secure payment methods. Your bank statement will show a descriptor/entry for the transaction as “Disputes or Claims” as disputed payments may result in a temporary suspension of ordering privileges until the matter is resolved.
We offer free standard delivery to UK addresses. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Delivery will take on average two days but can take up to seven working days, depending on your exact location. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same-day delivery. Next-day delivery is only available in the UK and when your order is placed and paid for by 3pm.
